My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Balsz-Childress-Morgan Families as you all gather to remember your Father. Thank you all for letting me be a small part of your lives and sharing your friendship, family and especially your dear sweet Father Henry “Tata” Balsz with me.   Although time and miles have separated us over the years making it difficult to see each other, please know you all have been close to my heart always and I think of you often. The poem I’ve shared is one my Mother had tucked in our family bible and I thought I would include it with my thoughts. Love you all!! Terri Jonas-Hanson

We wanted you all to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. He will be missed. He was a funny and amazing man. Although we haven’t been within miles we have thought about you all across the miles.

As I sit here watching the tribute movie for Henry with tears running down my cheeks, yes tears of sadness, but more so tears of gratefulness, tears of love, happy tears-- Watching a life that was LIVED! So many happy memories captured and playing across my screen.

I'm so grateful and honored to have been a small part of Henry's glorious 93 years. To have witnessed a small portion of those memories being played, and fondly remembering numerous others of Henry and Dona playing across "my internal screen".

I see picture after picture of his kind, smiling face. So proud,  enjoying the moment and everyone he was photographed with. Recalling how much Henry loved family, seeing how happy he was to be surrounded by family, and reaffirming what we all knew... just how much he loved his children, grandchildren and greats in all of the "Kodak moments" playing across my screen.

Always there to help, always there to patiently teach, always soft spoken, always greeting you with a big smile and a huge hello. You knew he was happy to see you, you knew you were loved, wanted, cherished. Those are the words that didn't need to be written, but are playing across my screen.

Henry, thank you for everything, I love you and will treasure the memories of our times together.  Until our screens cross again and I'm greeted with one of your big welcome home smiles and hugs, may you rest in eternal peace in the loving arms of our Father.

To the ENTIRE Morgan Family,
Bob and I are so sorry for your loss, Grandpa was as special as ALL of you are.  I can remember him and Grandma as far back as when Lynn was band.  Supportive and all about family!  Most recently I remember him opening his house to 20 color guard members to do crafts.  That right there moves him to the front of the pearly gates.

May you be comforted by the many beautiful memories you have of him.  Our love to all of you.  Bob and Deb
