Phuong was born in Vietnam to Minh Nguyen and Seo Thi Le. She married Trung Dao in 1978 at The Historic Wedding Chapel in Burbank. She worked as a nozzle orifice maker for HR Textron/ Woodward HRT for 43 years. She enjoyed amusement parks such as Disneyland and Magic Mountain. If there were great artist that went on tour, she loved going to see them live in concert with her kids. Seeing such artist as Britney Spears and Ariana Grande. On her down time, she enjoyed beaches, going down the coast of California from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Phuong loved to cook and was always trying to look for new recipes to master. She enjoy collecting kitchen appliance to support this hobby. Phuong had a big sense of humor. Her distinctive laugh can be heard while pulling pranks on her kids, dogs and friends. She loved to sing and dance with her dogs demonstrating what a joyful person she was.
Phuong is survived by 3 children Thao Dao, Tam Dao and Hien Dao. She was also a loving pomeranian dog mom to Bambi Dao and Gizmo Dao. She was also an aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and to a great-grandniece.
