Jerry Dea Wills “Shadow” died at Sherman Oaks Hospital on Tuesday, July 13th 2010 at 4 p.m. He was born January 17, 1947 in Van Nuys, California.

Jerry retired in 2005, following a 45 year career as a stuntman. Jerry received most of his training on the job, mainly from his Dad, Henry Wills and his peers. Having been involved with horses since he was a child, his specialty became “falling horses”.

In Jerry’s career as a stuntman, he worked on T.V. series & movies such as High Chaparral, Bonanza, Wild Wild West, Gunsmoke, Nevada Smith, Mountain Men, Rollerball, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Every Which Way But Loose, The Gambler, Fast & Furious 2, Men In Black, Planet of the Apes, Blazing Saddles, Bronco Billy, The Outlaw Josey Wales, and Zorro, just to name a few.

Jerry is survived by his daughter Cooper, his son Guy, his sister Linda, and numerous terrific friends that he always considered as his extended family!

Arrangements under the direction of Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary, Newhall, CA.

Hey, Jerry,

Remember Marina del Rey and the late sixties? They were great. So glad we ran into each other about 20 years ago at Ben Johnson's. You hadn't changed at all -- except for the glasses.
