John Rene Rubalcava

Pastor John Rene Rubalcava was born on September 13, 1952 and spent his wonderful 59 years of life touching the hearts of others. A resident of Santa Clarita, Ca, John was a self-employed handyman and a Licensed Minister of the Gospel through Victory Outreach International.

He passed away peacefully due to kidney cancer on April 16, 2012, surrounded by family in Sylmar, California.

John was born to John and the late Anita Rubalcava in Chino, California and was the beloved soul mate of 13 years to Karen Rubalcava.

John will forever be remembered by his devoted wife Karen, beloved children Anthony, Steven, Tawni and Danny, loving father John and step-mother Adela , Sisters Terry and Kathy, Nieces Christie and Theresa along with countless other family and friends whom were blessed to know him.

John was fun loving and enjoyed the company of everyone.

John touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. He loved camping, sharing the Gospel, laughing, being with his family and Sushi. He was a handyman by trade who loved remodeling and designing.

John was very fulfilled by the many missionary trips he took throughout the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, April 25th, 2012, at 11:30 am at Victory Outreach Sylmar, 13782 Foothill Blvd Suite 2 Sylmar, CA 91342.

Internment at Eternal Valley Memorial Park 23287 North Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321
