Jose (also known as "JP" or "Boy") is survived by his wife; two adult children from his first marriage, his son- and daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren; seven siblings, his siblings-in-law, and many nieces and nephews; as well as extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his eldest sister and his nephew, and his elder son.
A visitation for Jose will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Eternal Valley Memorial Park (23287 North Sierra Highway, Newhall, CA 91321). Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church (22508 Copper Hill Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91350), followed by graveside services and reception from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Eternal Valley Memorial Park (23287 North Sierra Highway, Newhall, CA 91321).
