Kathleen Ann Coleman

Kathleen Ann Coleman 67, of Newhall, Ca, passed away July 26, 2012 of cancer. She was born October 7, 1944 in Johannesburg, South Africa to Kathleen (Peacock) Valdez and Robert Pursall Sr. Kathy’s love for everyone made her a genuine friend. Kathy was a Bible believing Christian that was active in her church fellowships including “Women A Glow Ministry” and “The Burn” at Restoration Church of Valencia. Kathy would want to leave this message, “I am home with my Savior Jesus Christ. Victory!!!!!” Kathy enjoyed Bible study, church pot lucks, traveling, gardening, ceramics, oil painting, sea shell and rock collecting, going to the beach, and volunteering at the Santa Clarita Mental Health Center.

She is survived by her sister- in-law Ariel Pursall, and two nephews Greville and Rodger Pursall. She will be missed by her closest family friends: Charlotte, David, Greg, Ed, Carlene, Brielle, Beau, Brooke, Richard, Maggie, R2, CJ, Emma, and all of her brothers and sisters in Christ.

A Celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at the Village Church 24802 Alderbrook Dr, Newhall, 91321 on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 1:00pm. There will be a pot luck reception immediately following the service. Please bring dish to Bloom Hall prior to the service.
