

Kimmie was born on July 24th, 1985 to Robert Royce Turner and Cheri Ann Turner in Valencia, California. She was dedicated to the Lord on January 5th, 1986, Kimmie gave her life to Jesus Christ and on March 3, 1997 she was baptized. After graduating from Hart High School in 2003, she went on to work as a receptionist at a Dental Office in Woodland Hills in the efforts to work as a Dental Hygienist.
During this time, Kimmie met her husband Brian Andrew Hoover and later married on June 21, 2008. Four years later Kimmie and Brian welcomed their first child and son Knox Jonathan into the world. Only a short 15 months after, Kimmie and Brian greeted their precious daughter Audrielle Aurora.
Kimmie was a beautiful, vibrant, and charismatic woman. She was passionate about watersports from wakeboarding to waterskiing, dirtbike riding, football (primarily the Green Bay Packers), running, and most of all being a wife and mother. Kimmie could often be found at her favorite destinations such as Lake Powell, Havasu, Glamis, California City, the various 5Ks/10Ks across Western United States, and certainly at the baseball, softball, and football fields coaching and cheering Knox and Audrielle along.
Kimberly received a Commendation from the County of Los Angeles in recognition of her dedicated service to the affairs of the community and for the civic pride demonstrated by numerous contributions for the benefit of all the residents of Los Angeles County. She received this Commendation for being an outstanding volunteer for the 5th district Santa Clarita Castaic Sports Complex Department of Parks & Recreation – 2020 Cesar Chavez Volunteer Award.
Anyone who loved Kimmie knew her free vivacious, exuberant, outgoing and creative personality. Kimmie was an adventurous, enthusiastic, confident woman. She had a passion for family and friends, a heart dedicated to her loved ones. Family traditions were always important to her, she loved keeping the family spirits alive.
Kimmie is survived by her husband Brian, children Knox and Audrielle, her father Bob, mother Cheri, her sisters Katelyn and Kelly, brother Bobby, sister-in-law’s Kim and Annie, brother-in-law’s Kaulin and Ryan, nephews Wyatt, Kai, Kael, and Kanen and niece Raelynn.
