

Linda Prenger passed away and joined her loving husband in heaven on February 3, 2023 at her home of 46 years in Canyon Country, California. Linda was born on November 20, 1948 in Glendale California to her parents Bonnie and Robert Perry. Growing up in Sun Valley, Linda enjoyed family vacations, going to her grandparents, sewing her own outfits, and spending time with her sister and neighborhood friends. Linda attended John H Francis Polytechnic High School where she was on the drill team and graduated class of 1966.
Linda married the love of her life, Jerry Prenger on October 26th, 1968. They lived for a short time in San Diego while Jerry was in the Navy and then moved back to Sun Valley before purchasing their home in Canyon Country, California in 1976 where they raised their two children Sean and Cindy.
Linda loved to travel often going on cruises with her mother, sister, and close friends. Alaska was her favorite cruise destination where she loved to site see. Linda loved the beach and frequently visited her favorite destination Morro Bay, California. In her free time Linda loved to craft, sew, quilt, shop, and spending time with loved ones.
Linda will be best remembered for her kind and giving heart, supportive ways, listening ear, and care that she gave to so many who were blessed to know her. Linda had an amazing love of life with endless love and support for her family and friends. She was always ready to be a guiding light for many who turned to her providing many with her calming and reassuring ways. Linda was the ultimate caretaker who unselfishly cared for others.
Linda is survived by her two children Sean Prenger, and Cindy Post, son in law Brian Post, four grandchildren Joshua Greening, Zachary Prenger, Megan Post, and Nicholas Post., sister Jill Johnson, and her nieces and nephews.
