Lois Elizabeth Seguine

Lois Elizabeth Seguine, 70, of Saugus, CA, passed away on November 19, 2023 in Los Angeles, CA.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 1pm on February 17, 2024 at Santa Clarita United Methodist Church with Rachel Tabutol officiating.

Lois was born in Los Angeles, CA to Willard and Hope Haynie on September 8, 1953. She went to school at Hart High School in Valencia, CA. She married Randolph H. Seguine Jr. on April 24, 1976 in Reseda, CA. She worked as a Resource Assistant for Saugus Union School District for 36 years where she truly enjoyed working with those kiddos. She was very involved in SCUMY, Genesis group, she served as a registrar for the district camps, living nativity @ SCUM, was the nursery coordinator for many years, crafty ladies, and her Bunco group. She enjoyed camping with family and friends. She loved sewing and creating costumes, prom dresses and wedding dresses for family and close friends. Her recent past time included planning “Epic” family vacations, museum visits and playing farmtown over FaceTime with family.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Willard & Hope, sister-in-law Margo Haynie, brother-in-law, Neil Travis and nephew, David Haynie.

Lois is survived by her husband, Randy, her daughters Elizabeth Reinard (Patrick) & I’Lee Stefaniak (Joel), Brothers Allen Haynie (Denise), Gary Haynie (Merle), Glenn Haynie (Christie), Sister Ruth Travis, Grandchildren Katryna Reinard, Emily Reinard and Alexander Stefaniak and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Santa Clarita UMC campership fund
