Nilo G. Carlos was born in Marikina, Philippines to Godofredo and Felicidad Carlos on May 17, 1943. He went to school in Marikina and Olongapo. He graduated from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. He was a professor in UERM and an officer for Beta Sigma Fraternity. He worked as a physician for Kaiser Permanente for 17 years. His hobbies included camping, fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends.
Nilo G. Carlos is preceded in death by Nestor Carlos, Ding Carlos and Rene Carlos.
Nilo is survived by Giselle Carlos, Peter and Michelle Carlos, Jayvee and Zinnia Regala, Godofredo Carlos, Jr., Edna Lising, Evelyn Lui, Nicholas Imbriale and Madison Regala.
Pallbearers will be Godofredo Carlos, Jr., Peter Carlos, Jayvee Regala, Jason Carlos, Bryan Carlos, Ivor Lising, Nicholas Imbriale and Carl Mclaughlin, Jr.
