Sharon was a fighter, a leader and an inspiration to all that knew her. Her smile was contagious, her heart was made of gold, and most of all, her friendship and love was sincere and genuine.  Sharon, you will be truly missed. May your family find solace in knowing they are being watched over by a true Angel.

Dear Raymond,
I have so many great memories of Sharon. We were great friends as kids, teens and young adults, but some of my best memories were most recently when we matured and shared reflections on life. Sharon was truly a giving person that appreciated the beauty and joys in life. She loved you, her family, good friends, happy times traveling, good food and the beauty in flowers and nature. She was blessed with the life and love that you two shared. We are all blessed to have had Sharon a part of our lives. Koki, Kristin, Mochi and I send our love.

Dearest Raymond, 
 My deepest condolences to you and your loving family. I want you to know that I had a brief conversation with my cousin, your wife, Sharon when my sister, Cindy and I went to visit her father during the time of his illness. We had lunch with Aunt Jane, and Judy made us a wonderful lunch of noodle soup. Judy called Sharon and both Cindy and I spoke to her, when it was my turn, I have to tell you I never really knew Sharon before until that day on the phone. We had a good conversation because she told me how much she loved moving to Valencia and living in a 55+ Active community, having met her wonderful neighbors and how friendly and peaceful it was to be able to walk her dogs.  She was so inviting and as our conversation came to an end, I realized she had a BIG caring heart and that she was a happy person. 
  Sharon, rest in peace as you are missed and loved by many ... Say hi to Uncle Jim for me.

I was at the Flower Mart yesterday and immediately thought of our beloved Sharon Chan when I smelled the aroma of a global garden.  I will miss her and always remember her trendy style.  Whenever I take the  time to smell the flowers, beloved Sharon Chan will always be in my heart. When Judy called and told me about Sharon, my heart just dropped. I was sadden and couldn't sleep that night. I knew I had to go see her. I'm so glad me and my sisters were able to see her and talk to her even though she was heavily sedated. I called out her name and her eyes twitched! She knew we were all in the room with her! Good-bye my cousin, I will love you and miss your smiling face! Raymond, now you take care of yourself!!

I was sad when Judy told me of Sharon leaving us. I was looking forward to seeing her again after all these years. I met Sharon in 1964 and she made quite an impression. I think she resented me a bit because I was to date Judy that day and while I waited for Judy......Sharon's job was to talk to me. She was quite the little girl asking me all those questions. She also knew exactly what she was going to do as an adult. She told me "clothing". I was impressed with her. Judy came to go and that ended my first encounter with Sharon.  A few years had gone by, I was still seeing Judy off and on and still being surprised how Sharon was going for this fashion career. She showed me sketches of her ideas and they were quite good.  She was so determined.  The next time I saw Sharon I was entered the Navy.  Sharon was entertaining me again and talking about Fashion Design School and how exciting it was to be attending. I knew then that she would make it in that world.  When I came back she was in the fashion field, and I was happy to see a dream come true for that young girl I had come to know for such a brief time. Judy found me somehow after decades and I got to speak to Sharon briefly in the month of October, 2013.  I will always remember how impressive Sharon was, to know at such a young age what she wanted to do, and then to make it come true.

Our memories of Sharon will not be forgotten. Gilbert and I were happy to have known, shared and loved her.  Just the other day, we went thru the photo album of the days we played volleyball.  What memories... May Sharon rest in peace and now she and her Father into another journey which someday we will join.

We met Sharon & Raymond thru Joel Adler years ago and we share your grief in the loss of your beloved Sharon. May she rest in peace.

We met Sharon and Raymond in Italy a few years ago.  Sharon had such a grace and kindness about her, and we were impressed with how well Raymond and Sharon complemented each other.  We did see them a few times over the past few years, but we wish we had been able to spend more time with therm. We will miss her.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Raymond and the Wong family.

It was with great sadness we received the message of Sharon's passing, particularly at Christmas time - as we have such fond memories of celebrating many Christmas holidays together with Sharon and Raymond here with us in Norway. We knew Sharon as a gentle, selfless and smiling person. We had the honor of experiencing her hospitality and generosity as her guests in the U.S. and we also had the great pleasure of travleling together in China. Many memories were made over the years and we will cherish them all. We extend our deepest sympathy to Raymond and the Wong family. Please know that even if we are far away, we share in your mourning.

Stan and I share your grief in the loss of your beloved Sharon.  She was a gentle, caring woman, who always went out of her way to help others.  We were happy to have known and loved her, and to have had her in our lives, even though our time together was too short.  She will be missed greatly by us, and wonderful memories of her will always remain in our thoughts and hearts.  Her suffering is over now, and she is at peace.
