I want my family to know that we feel your pain at the loss of our wonderful, father, husband, brother, and Uncle Stanley Petrie, resting, and we believe he will be awakened at sound of the first Trumpet when Jesus returns!

Rest well dear Uncle Stanley... To Aunt Gloria and my cousins, I'm sending  my love and praying that you all find peace, understanding and comfort somehow during this sad time.  Uncle Stanley was funny without even trying to be. He was definitely a character... I am hoping that as time passes the pain of his absence will be easier to bare. I love you all. 💝 ~Sherree~💝

Our condolences to the family and especially Sis. Petrie. We shall never forget the multiple times Bro. Petrie played and sang at the Convalesent home with us. Don said he will always remember the offering box that he built for church and Don painted it to look like Sun Village church. He was such a wonderful crafts man. While we did not have the pleasure to meet your father, we know how wonderful he was just by knowing you. After all, we reflect the best parts of our parents...

No matter how old we are and how trained we might be as physicians, it’s never easy to lose a parent. We know this first hand having lost our parents. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We wish we could be there in person.  Our love and support will always be here for you.

I will never forget the kindness of Mr. Petrie. Whenever I saw him, I always felt like I was one of his precious daughters.  

There was never any doubt that Mr. Petrie loved the Lord, and he was a wonderful example of how to trust in Him at all times.  One thing we know for sure is that he is resting in Jesus, and will surely see His face on that great gettin’ up morning.

I know I never met my uncle Stanley in my adult years but my dad Tal always talked about how good of a brother he was to him.  When my mother Jean passed away uncle Stanley and his wife called my sisters and I to give us comfort and caring words through hard times. That showed  me How he was a loving caring  person.
