What an incredible life Cletis Westerman had the legacy he left. I am sorry for his loss and the grief his family is experiencing. His life accomplishments are inspiring.

Ladies, sorry to hear about Frank's passing. My deepest condolences on your loss. While working at SMO-J, LAFB with Helen, I had the honor and pleasure to meet Frank a number of times. Frank was always a gentleman with a great sense of humor and a great conversationalist. I valued his opinions and insights that he provided me. Frank's passing is a great loss to y'all and also to the community and country. Peace.
