Debra Melissa Wells, age 65, of Newton, North Carolina passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022. Debra was born November 3, 1956 in Bryson City, NC. She was the daughter of the late Kelsie James and Bonnie Belle Ramsey Lowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Allen Wells. She is survived by three son’s: James Lowe and his wife April of Wilmington, NC, Jason Hall of Newton, and Brandon Hall of Hickory; two brother’s: Richard Lowe of Charlotte and Ronald Lowe of Maiden; and sister Angela Neal of Maiden; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
