Gary Wayne Pearson

Born May 5, 1963, in Caldwell County, he was the son of William Paul Pearson and the late Virginia Arnett Pearson.

He was affectionately known as “Gizmo” in the community and never missed an opportunity to share his wisdom with friends and strangers at the Coffee Shop. Gizmo was a talented artist and painted many signs in the community. He also had a steady hand when it came to building model cars.

Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his father, Paul, are his children, Michael Pearson, Vanessa Wertz, Caleb Pearson, Chelsea Pearson; 5 grandchildren, Tabitha, Kaylyn, Danielle and Noah; 1 great-grandchild, Owynn; sister, Becky Duggan and husband, Danny; and niece, Hannah McLendon.
