My old and dear friend friend from the good ole days. Hung out with Buck and the guys at EMS when I got started and later as a member of the CCSD. Sure got some good memories with that Sardine loving, big hearted, character. Godspeed Buck.

So many memories and stories it's difficult to even begin. Harold exemplified old school law enforcement. Tough when need be but as kind hearted as you could ever ask for. He knew how to distinguish between the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. He helped so many of us in many ways. I know he and D.C. Campbell are swapping tales. God's Speed Harold.....10-42

Thanks for the memories, I could always count on you as backup when we worked together at NPD. It was always good to see you pull up behind me on some of those bad calls because I knew you wasn't going to take crap from anybody, and that was a good thing. You always made me laugh and shake my head at some of the stories you told. We spent a lot of long nights working on the same shift patrolling those streets. Rest now my blue brother, I didn't get to see you much after you retired but you were thought of often. My condolences to the family.
