

Born July 7, 1936 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Eustaquio Padín and Fortunata Cruz.
She was a member of Unity Baptist Church of Statesville, NC.
Isabel was formerly an executive secretary and served as an interpreter for more than 30 years doing mission work.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Dillard Morgan.
Survivors include one son, Luis Ramos and wife, Evelyn, of FL, one daughter, Diana Carattini and husband, Miguel, of FL, two Stepdaughters, Renee McLean and husband, Randy, of Conover, and Teresa Ramsey of Claremont; two brothers, Hector Padín and Etanislao Padín; grandchildren, Josué Ortiz, Vashty Ortiz, Jeremiah McLean, Justin McLean, Jordan McLean, Megan Cullars, Wesley Cullars and Sierra Cullars; great-grandchildren, Liani Ortiz, Brooklyn Pumarejo, Martina Jenkins, Bella Cass, Emma Cass and Miah McLean.
The memorial service will be held Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at Drum Funeral Home, in Conover, NC.
