She was born in San Angelo, Texas on March 14, 1953, to the late Charles Ray Matheson and Marion Jean Drum Matheson. She retired as a produce manager form Honeys grocery store in Newton.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Rodney Dellinger; son, Steven Dellinger; brother, Byron Matheson and wife Marilyn; sisters, Marion Pope and Mary Jane Edwards and husband Keith; and a number of extended family and friends.
A gathering of friends will be held at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home from 1 to 2 pm Thursday, January 11, 2024. Burial to follow at Eastview Cemetery with Reverend Fred Thompson officiating.
