Marilyn Labow Mills

Marilyn Labow Mills returned to her heavenly home on August 18, 2018 after a valiant battle with dementia. Her devotion to her family and her belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.

Marilyn was born to the late William and Edith Labow in Charleston, WV on December 25, 1930. She married Chester (Check) P. Mills, Jr. on May 31, 1953 in Miami, FL. Together they raised 3 children, Penny Mills Clark, Mark Mills, and Lynn Mills Pusch. She is dearly missed by her loved ones who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her creator.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Check of the home; daughter, and son-in-law, Penny and Don Clark of Dade City, FL; son, Mark Mills of Cat Cay, Bahamas, Lynn Pusch of Oldsmar, FL; grandchildren, Chelsie, Kristen, Trevor, Victoria, Morgan, and David.

A memorial service will be held in the Spirit Place at Abernethy Laurels in Newton, NC at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018. All are welcome to attend.
