Dear Mike, Dan, and families,
Sorry to hear of Mildred’s passing. I remember her fondly as a woman of beauty and style. Always well-dressed and wearing her makeup!! I always thought of you all as the “big city” cousins as my first real memories of you are when you lived in Chicago. I thought of Mildred as “Mim or Mimi.” I remember she always wore a ruby ring, I believe given to her by Grandma Nellie??? Maybe mixed up on that part... she was the last of the Gilbertson siblings. That’s sad for me. Please know we loved her. Cherish your memories. Cousin Julie Gilbertson Lund. Vergil’s second daughter.

Mike and Dan, I had the pleasure of working with your parents at Trivers for many years. Mildred was precious, and your dad, what a character. I have great memories of them and the great parties at Christmas. My deepest sympathy on the loss of your mom.
