Our condolences to your family and especially to Emily at this time.  My family and I will forever be grateful to Nancy when we hired her to stay with our father who was suffering from dementia.  She was the most caring person we could have ever ask for. An angel sent to us when we needed it.  Nancy was part of our family and we loved her dearly.  She was like a sister to us and a daughter to our parents. May the sorrow you feel in your heart be lightened by the love that surrounds you.
