She was born in Seymour, TN on February 6, 1950 to the late Andrew Jackson Reagan and Molsie Lena Garner Reagan.
In addition to her parents Janie was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Cecil Reagan, Ivory Yearout, Oscar Reagan, James A. Reagan, Jack Reagan, Lewis Reagan, Polly Smelcer, Ulyess Reagan, and Jerry Reagan.
She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Smith and Margaret Noah; brothers, Ben H. Reagan, Joe Reagan and wife Becky, Gene Reagan and wife Pat, Andy Reagan and wife Fran; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home 10 AM Friday, January 27, 2023 with Reverend Robert Helton officiating. Gathering of friends will follow the service.
Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10 AM a gathering will be held at Berry Funeral Home -9010 E Simpson Rd Knoxville, TN 37920; burial following at 11:30 am at Ellejoy Baptist Church Cemetery – 1290 Ellejoy Rd Seymour, TN 37685 with Reverend Fred Wade officiating.
