Born August 31, 1965, in Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Marion Phillip Chisholm and Inell Horne.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan Parker; daughter, Amanda Cade; brother, Larry Chisholm; sister, Debra Chisholm; and grandchildren, Nathan Cade, Brionna Cade, and Makala Cade.
A Gathering of Friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home in Newton.
