You didn't want to be in the picture, so all we can see is your leg. If I had known that just a week later you would be gone. I would've taken a million photos. We miss you Terry. Goodbye to the best brother in law EVER!

Terry is so loved, by so many, that it is difficult to list all those whose lives he has touched and the  ways he bettered those lives.  First, He loved his wife Debra unconditionally. And she loved him the same way. When i think of their special relationship i am reminded of a Scripture in Ephesians . "Husbands, love your wives has Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her".   Also to honor and forgive each other for Love covers a multitude of mistakes. Terry took such great care of his Debra just the way the Bible teaches. Together, they weathered many hardships, pain and sorrow but their love never failed. 
He was a wonderful father to his wife's children. Roger, Amy and Jason.  Doing many things he didn't have to do, but did them to show his love and support for all of them. And even after they became adults he would text them encouraging words or a reminder that he loved them and was proud of the people that they had become.
He love his family and often told interesting, funny and sometimes sad stories of growing up in a large family. But mostly how much they loved each other.
He was everyone's favorite friend.  But the very best one  was Jackie. He was talked about a lot but usually without the full story. Leading me to think they were the kind of friends that could end up have "too much" fun. I know the great love he had for Jackie was a true "Bromance"  They were cousins but much more like brothers. I'm his wife's sister. And to me Terry was my Buddy. We were the same person. We have the same political views, the same religious views the same sense of humor. During a conversation we would finish each others sentences. We both loved TV and movie trivia. And he beat me most of the time. When i was worried, he would always text me to tell me it was all going to work out. He was simply the best Brother-in-law ever.
The greatest thing we can do to honor Terry's memory is to look for the good in each other and discover what he loved about each of us.

 

My Deepest Condolences to all of Terry's family and friends. And to Debbie my forever sister and friend for life. I love you always and forever Sissy. I'm just a phone call away 💕💕

Terry was the best step dad a girl could ever ask for. I’m thankful that God chose him to help raise us and He couldn’t have put a finer man in our lives. Terry you said you were proud of us kids and we will continue to live our lives in a way that would make you continually proud. We love you and feel so blessed to call you Dad. 

Terry and I used to dye eggs together before Easter Until I got older and “grew out of it” I was a brat, your never to old to dye Easter eggs! He was always so kind to me! I wanted to bring my little girl to dye Easter eggs with him this Easter. I will miss him, wish I would have stopped in to see you when I had the chance. Rest In Peace Terry ♥️

Terry was a kind and very friendly person we went to school from elementary through highschool . I have only great memories of him . Prayers to his family
