Beverley was born in Newton on September 2, 1957, to the late Earl and Constance (DePue) Hill. She grew up in Andover Township before settling in Newton. Prior to her retirement in 2021 she worked at Thorlabs where she enjoyed her job and spending time with her coworkers.
Beverley cherished every chance to be with her loved ones, from the Hill/DePue family reunions, Easter Dinners hosted by her cousins and especially Christmas with family. She was known for her warmth and caring spirit, and she had a way of making those around her feel welcomed and loved.
Beverley enjoyed watching the Yankees and the Cowboys with her son and spent countless hours cheering Justin on at his softball games when he was younger. In her earlier years, she was an avid bowler and throughout her life she delighted in playing horseshoes and sharing laughter during family gatherings. She also enjoyed cooking and was especially known for her deviled eggs, which were always a favorite.
Beverley is survived by her son, Justin VanDyk; her brother, Clinton Hill and his wife Debra, her nephew Troy Hill and many loving family members and friends.
