Carole Lynne Van Orden

Carole was born in Paterson, NJ to the late John and Elva (Suter) Becker. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Court Clerk in Kearny Municipal Court. Carole was a member of Dingmans United Methodist Church, Kearny Republican Club, Kearny Crew Club and numerous other organizations while raising her family in Kearny, NJ. Carole loved to be creative, sewing clothing for her children and décor for her home. She spend many hours gardening and talking to nature. She could point out a weed and tell you what a beautiful flower it was.

The beloved wife of Leonard Van Orden for 57 years, Carole is survived by her children, Leonard Van Orden and his wife Laura, Gretchen Cuccio and her husband Frank, Paul Van Orden and his wife Marissa, Laura Rudberg and her husband Scott, Marie Carrie and her husband Gordon and Quyen Leberknight and her husband Alan and her grandchildren, Stephen and his wife Laura, Samantha, Katie, Joseph, Kelly, Emily C, Ava, Emily W, Madelihn, Olivia, Oliver, Jack, Avery, Charlotte, Toby and Claudia.
