Born in Belleville, he was raised in Bloomfield before moving to Sussex County, where he would graduate from Kittatinny High School.
For much of his working life, Christian applied a steady and capable hand to the ever-changing world of technology as a computer tech for Apple. More recently, he brought that same diligence and precision to his work as a wire tinner for A B Scantlebury Co in Fredon Township.
Christian's gifts extended well beyond his work. A talented guitar player with an artistic mind, he carried a deep appreciation for art in many forms. He also had a memorable sense of humor-especially known for his skill at imitating foreign accents, a talent that reliably drew laughter and warmth from friends and family alike.
Christian is survived by his father, Robert Jenkins; his brother, Randall Jenkins; his sister, Beth Leslie; and his dear friend, Cory Whittles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Jenkins who passed away in 2012. Christian also leaves fond memories to his many loving nieces who will miss him dearly.
