You entered my life with that SMILE, the kind gentle voice and became my friend instantly and found a place in my heart.  I hope you have found peace.   Ride in peace and love my friend - you are thought of often, missed much and will never, ever be forgotten.  

Dave was a huge part of our family's life for many years.  We are so sorry to hear of his passing.  We are so sorry for your loss.  It is so hard to lose a child no matter the age, or a sibling, and especially a father when the father and children are young.  You are all in our prayers.  May God Bless you with his comfort that only he can give.

Speechless.  Prayers for strength for the entire family and friends of our brother Dave.  Im sorry, im sooo sorry.  Rest easy my man, amd thank you for everything.  It didnt seem like it was too long ago I worked for you, and then we did keep in touch a bit.  One of the best for sure.   God bless brother!

We had a lot of good memories and laughs going to apprentice school together. Last time I saw Dave at a union meeting we remembered  some of those times and we laughed again. This is how I will always remember Dave. I am sorry for your loss, brother Robert Comito.

I would like to extend to Dave's family my deepest condolences.  I will cherish many fond memories of our friendship.   Dave was a dear friend of mine and tho we haven't seen each other in a few years, he will always hold a special place in my heart. 

He was a very dedicated son, father, brother, uncle, partner, dog dad and friend who lived life to it's fullest.  His love for nature, music, and adventure was contagious.

Dave was a tough man but a fair man in his work. I worked with Dave and his brother .  But mostly Dave. Yes we had difference when aprantice would screw up. But he understood and we moved on. I stayed in touch with Dave on facebook. Not that we where best friends, but we had respect for each other. So sorry to the family for your loss🙏🙏🙏 God Bless 🙏🙏🙏

David  you will be truly missed. You were a great neighbor and friend, 

Dave welcomed us to the neighborhood our first day with a note (which I still have)  and some cookies! Since that day 18 years ago our families were there for each 
other .  Dave and  Debbie came to all of our parties and family functions, Debbie would make a dish and Dave would alway  bring his amazing smoked ribs and hide some in the house for our kids, mainly  Laura!  We have many good memories. 
I am so glad I retired and was able to bond even more with him  this last year!  I was very  honored to prepare several meals for Dave during his last few months. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.  
Debbie, Jared and Jason  we are so sorry for your loss!  We will miss him  dearly! Rest In Peace my friend,  💙

Eighteen years ago Dave was the first person to welcome my family to our new home after moving from the Bronx. He was the best neighbor you could hope to have. He was always quick to offer his time and has helped me on numerous projects over the years, never expecting anything in return, except maybe a Corona. He was very intelligent and taught me a great deal about living in the "country". I will always treasure the time we spent together. Debbie and Dave never missed one of our parties and we loved hanging out with them. Dave was a very caring person and even up until his last days would still ask how we and our kids were doing. Dave was a man's man, a great guy and a true friend. Jared and Jason have very big shoes to fill, but with Dave as their role model they will be just fine. Dave loved Debbie very much and was so lucky to have her. Our hearts break for you Debbie.
Dave defied all odds and kept beating the doctors and pushing back the clock. He never gave up and fought a good fight. My family will miss Dave tremendously, but no one more than me. 
Dave, rest in peace my good friend, you certainly deserve it. It's comforting to picture you and Clay teamed up again in heaven.
