Frances was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Adam and Mary (Burkowski) Korony. She grew up in Maspeth, Queens, NY before moving to Newton 18 years ago. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Nanny. Frances was a devoted mother and wife.
The beloved wife of the late Richard Simmons, Frances is survived by her children, Michael Skiba of Ossining, NY, John Blum of Newton, NJ and Christine Skiba of Newton, NJ.
All services will be held privately and are under the care and direction of Smith-McCracken Funeral Home.
