Harold was born in Lafayette to the late Emery and Pearly (Still) Norman. He grew up in Newton where he lived all of his life. Prior to his retirement, he worked at Andover Subacute & Rehabilitation for 12 years.
The beloved life partner to Mary F. Marsh, he is survived by his children; Laurie McGlew, Harold T. Norman, Jr., Bruce Norman, Brenda Demott, Ronnie Norman and Roger Norman, his brother Emmett Norman, 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Along with his parents he was predeceased by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 7-9 p.m. at at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St, Newton, NJ. A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Vaughan Cemetery in Sparta, NJ.
