Harriet was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin to the late Walter and Lorraine (Boury) Patrin. She was a factory worker for Western Electric and worked her way up to Supervisor at AT&T prior to retiring. Harriet was an avid quilter and enjoyed her crafts. She also loved going on daily walks and bowling. Harriet was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Harriet was also predeceased by her husband, Mario Iacobucci; her son, Phillip Mappa; her daughter, Judith Krupa; and her great-grandson, baby Gavin Mappa. She is survived by her children, Debra Machacek, Theresa Denny and husband, Bryant, and Michael Mappa and wife, Danna; her daughter-in-law, Judith Mappa; her son-in-law, Thomas Krupa; and her grandchildren, Holly Nikituk and husband, Eric, William Schettino, Lauren Barnaba and husband, Anthony, Heather Willard and husband, Michael, David Mappa and wife, Jessica, AJ Mappa and Michael Mappa. Harriet also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Mason and Adrina Nikituk, LJ and Aisley Barnaba, Jillian Willard, and Madalyn Mappa.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 pm on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St, Newton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 24 Halsted St, Newton, NJ, followed by entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, Rt 206 S, Newton, NJ. Online condolences may be offered at www.smithmccrackenfuneralhome.com.
