Holly was born on May 12, 1977, in Newton, to the late Henry and Donna (nee. Snook) Trogani. Holly earned her associate’s degree in education and worked part time as a paraprofessional. She also attended the Culinary Institute of America.
Holly found joy in the simple pleasures of everyday life. Her creativity and patience shone through in her baking and cake decorating. She found joy in decorating for the holidays, bringing warmth and beauty to each holiday season. She also enjoyed swimming, puzzles, gardening, and reading. Above all she was a present mom to her five children.
The beloved wife to Don DeStefano, Holly is also survived by her children, Danielle, Juliana, Vanessa, Gianna and Rocco; her siblings, David (Beth), Heather (Joe) and Hank; her aunt, Robynn (Mike); her aunt, Cookie; her uncles, Lolly and Joe (Vickie); her sisters-in-law, Diane (John) and Denise and many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 4 PM – 8 PM at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street, Newton, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 12 PM at First Presbyterian Church of Newton, 54 High St, Newton, NJ.
