Joan born on September 6, 1971 in Newton, NJ to the late Harry and Florence Feldman. She graduated from the Sussex County Vocational Technical High School in Sparta Township, NJ and later attended Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA. She had been employed by Weis Supermarket in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania.
Known for her wonderful sense of humor and love of animals including snakes, Joan enjoyed Pocono outdoor life.
Joan is survived by her siblings, Rob Feldman and his wife Diana of Hamburg, NJ, Dan Feldman and his wife Mary Jane of Saylorsburg, PA, Laurie Treat and her husband Denis of Saylorsburg, PA, and Rick Feldman and his wife Lana of East Stroudsburg, PA. , as well as 3 nephews and 3 nieces.
