Pedro was born on February 22, 1937 in Cuba. One of Pedro’s most notable achievements were leaving Cuba after the revolution. By providing the Cuban government with labor, he earned the opportunity to leave. When he entered the USA, he worked hard and eventually achieved his U.S. citizenship. He enjoyed eating pudding, reading the newspaper, listening to music, playing with dogs, and relaxing in his recliner. He also enjoyed spending time during holidays with his family.
The beloved husband to Raquel Oquendo, Pedro is also survived by his step-children, Maria Corleto, Analia Martinez and Jorge Martinez and his wife Blanca; his sister, Mercedes Alvarez and his grandchildren, Joseph Corleto and his wife Stephanie DeLaOsa, Christopher Corleto and his wife Lalida, Korina Campos, Matthew Diaz, Jorge Luis Martinez, and Santiago Martinez.
All services will be held privately at a later date.
