Born in Phillipsburg, Rosemarie worked as an Administrative Assistant. Rosemarie had a strong love for her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, crafting and most importantly spending time with her husband and children
The daughter of the late Judy Katherine (Baratto) Cook, Rosemarie is survived by her beloved husband, Mike A. Hyland; her son, Frank Black and his wife Kristina, of Holland Township, her daughter Ashley Bardyszewski and her husband, Richard, of Hackettstown, and her son Michael Hyland and wife, Michelle, of Belleville; her father, George O. Cook, Jr., of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; her sister Jody Dodge of Forks Township, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Kayle and Ryan Hyland; as well as her nieces, Lauren Vilade and husband, James, of Byram, and Kelly Barry and husband, Kevin, of Bedminster. Rosemarie was predeceased by her mother Judy Katherine (Baratto) Cook.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2020, at the
Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street, Newton. Interment will follow in Frankford Plains Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2020, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
