Born in Queens NY. Thomas lived most of his life in Stillwater NJ. He was a Elevator Mechanic with Elevator Constructors Union Local 1.
Son of the late Casimir C. Ogar and Dorothy H. (Fremer) Ogar, Thomas is also predeceased by his brothers Alan Ogar and Edward Ogar.
He is survived by his three children, Kymberlee Ogar of Stillwater NJ, Alexander Ogar, and Rebecca Ogar of Andover, NJ; his sister, Carol Roof of Stillwater, NJ; his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; his good friends Dave Thibodeau and Trixie Thibodeau; Kymberlee's best friend Stevie Lacika; his furry sidekick, Slinky; and other close friends.
Thomas loved fishing whether dropping a line in a local lake and rivers or out in the ocean, he also had a passion for metal detecting and cooking. He loved traveling and tinkering around fixing everything and anything. More than anything in this world Thomas LOVED spending time with his children, was the best dad ever, and gave the greatest hugs.
A celebration of life for Thomas will be held at a later date.
