Zachariah Edward Riehl

Zach was born on March 25, 1973 in Hackensack, NJ to Edward and Marcella (Richardson) Riehl. After graduating from Hackensack High School he became the proud owner and operator of All Metals LLC, which he ran out of Maywood.

A hard worker through and through, Zach enjoyed being outdoors whether he was fishing, working on the lawn, or clearing off snow. He is fondly remembered for his love of discovering treasures and collectibles that he would generously gift to his friends and family. Zach had a big heart, a friendly spirit, and he was always ready to help those around him. If you were fortunate to know him, then you likely have a heartwarming Zach story to share. Above all, Zach loved his family dearly and cherished dinners, outings, and vacations spent together.

Zach leaves fond memories to his beloved Jill Riehl and their daughter Clarissa; his nephews Matthew and William; his nieces Gianna, Elizabeth, and Amanda; and many loving family members, cousins, and friends who will all miss him greatly.

A visitation for Zachariah will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm, with a prayer service to be held at 7:30pm at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton, NJ 07860.
