Drew, beloved son of Gerry and the late Cherryl McKeown (2021), is deeply mourned by his family and friends. Drew was a loving brother to Matt and sister-in-law Ashley, and a cherished uncle to Blake and Kylie. He was a proud nephew to Barb and Dave Crawford, the late Jim Blain (2018) and Kathy Blain, and Shelley and Rick Horeczy. Drew was predeceased by his grandparents: Jack (2019) and Wardine (2025) Blain, and Gerald (1991) and Anna (2009) McKeown. Sadly missed by his girlfriend, Tiffany Townsend, and her family.
Drew’s infectious sense of humour brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. His love for music was unwavering. He found true happiness playing guitar and performing with his band. An athlete at heart, Drew’s small stature never deterred him; he excelled as an athlete in hockey, football, and soccer, always bringing determination and tenacity to the game. Drew also had a passion for horseback riding and spent time in Fort Erie as an exercise rider, embracing the thrill of the sport with a fearless spirit. Summer family vacations at the cottage were some of his fondest memories, moments filled with laughter, adventure, and stories that will remain forever with his loved ones. As one of the original employees at Great Wolf Lodge, Drew was known for his hard work, loyalty, and commitment to his job. Above all, Drew was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and nephew, and his love for his family was evident in everything he did.
A visitation will take place at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the Memorial Service, which will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m.

Drew will forever be remembered for his laughter, his love of music, and the joy he brought to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
