Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on December 23, 2010 at 73 years of age. Beloved father of Kelly Ann Gorny, Sherri Louise Browning (Earl), and Theresa Louise White (Blaine). Loving grandfather and “Ho-Ho” to 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Dick (Gerda) White and John (Donna) White. Missed by his many nieces and nephews. “Porter Wagoner” will be fondly remembered by his friends and extended family. Special thanks to Dr. Levesque and Dr. Yu for their care.
Family and friends will be received at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Ave, on Thursday December 30, 2010 from 4 - 6 pm. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
