Barry Andrew Wigston

In his final year, Barry found great joy in preaching at the weekly open house at River of Life Church, where his faith was central to his life. He loved the Lord deeply and is now at peace with his Maker. Barry was a devoted student of theology, an active ham radio enthusiast, and someone who cherished learning and thoughtful conversation.

Barry was the beloved son of Marilyn Wigston and the late William Wigston. He was a loving father to Christine Bristo, Joshua Wigston, Sarah Wigston, and Rebekah Wigston, and a proud grandfather to Olivia and Zipporah. He is also survived by his brother Mark Wigston (Cindy).

Barry will be fondly remembered by his cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and is greatly missed by his church family, who were an important part of his life and faith journey.

A viewing will be held at River of Life Church, 4189 Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4Z2, on Saturday, February 7th, at 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the same location. Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery, 4501 Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4Z3, at 2:30 p.m., followed by a luncheon at River of Life Church.
