GRAHAM, Catherine "Cathy" - Passed away at St. Catharines General Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday January 5, 2014 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Ross Graham (1989). Loving and devoted mother of Helen (Tom) Hamilton, John (Cheryl-Anne) Graham, Ross Graham, Tommy (Debbie) Graham, Brian (Pam) Graham, Catherine Graham and Sue (Scott) Mason. Cherished Grandma of Jonathan, Jay, Jessica, B.J. Tyler, Krystal, Felicia, Jillian and Reese and Great-Grandma of Harmony, Zach and Shayley She will be lovingly remembered by her many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first born child Michael. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. To honour her memory it would be most appreciated if a can of food was donated to Project Share and they can be dropped off at the funeral home.
