ROBERTSON, Donna Lynn (nee Maksenuk) - Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday July 5, 2025. Beloved and cherished wife of 42 years to Rick Robertson. Devoted mother of Courtney Robertson (Terry Court) and dear daughter of Anna Maksenuk (nee DeBartoli) and the late Phillip Maksenuk. Loving sister of Phyllis (Mike) Burke, Barry (Nancy) Maksenuk, Tim Maksenuk and Tom Maksenuk. She will be fondly remembered by her in-laws Barry (Robin) Robertson and Kelly (late Patrick) Robson as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents-in-law James and Shirley (nee Irvin)  Robertson. For nearly forty years, she proudly served with the Niagara Parks Commission, bringing unmatched dedication, warmth, and joy to the hospitality industry. She truly lived by the golden rule, treating others the way she wanted to be treated. Her kindness was genuine and her service was heartfelt. Guests often returned asking for her by name, drawn to her infectious laugh, radiant smile and the way she make everyone feel like family.She had a true gift for making spaces and people feel special. A lover of interior design and seasonal decor, she poured her heart into creating a warm, welcoming home often spending countless hours perfecting every detail for holidays and special occasions. Entertaining family and friends was one of her greatest joys, and she brought that same love and energy to every gathering. She was deeply social, loved to talk, and truly loved people. Whether hosting family events or simply chatting with a guest, she had a way of making everyone feel loved and welcomed. Her love of travel, especially to tropical destinations reflected her vibrant spirit and love of life. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Saturday July 19, 2025 from 11 am to 2 pm.
