Unexpectedly passed away on September 29, 2025 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 61. Beloved son of Marie Shaw and the late Edward Bell Sr. Dear brother of Elaine Boulard, Donna Bell, Dawn-Marie McKewan, Melinda Macdowell, and the late Deborah Nanson. He will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and friends.
