On Sunday January 16, 2011 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital Eddie Mulligan dear father of Colleen (Gerry), Edward Jr. (Lee-Anne) and Louann. Beloved grandfather of T.J., Tia and Jordan. Dear brother of Bunny Austin, Rosemary Newe, Joan Collins (Al), Maureen Tustin (Garth), James, and Brian (Marcella) Mulligan. Eddie was predeceased by brothers John, Bobbie and sisters Ann and Eileen. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Eddie was an outstanding hockey and softball player, an avid Notre Dame fan and a fan of the Boston Celtics and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Resting at the funeral chapel of Hetherington and Deans where friends may call from 7-9 on Wednesday evening. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Patricks Roman Catholic Church on Thursday January 20, 2011 at 10 a.m. The Rite of Committal will follow in Fairview Cemetery. In memoriam contributions to the St. Patricks Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
