Peacefully passed away on December 9, 2022 at the Eventide Home in Niagara Falls. Dear father of Tara (Jason) Kamps. Loving grandfather to Chela & Jaden Kamps. Remembered by his former wife, Angie Kasper and his siblings, Rudy (Cathy) Kasper, Ed (Laura) Kasper, Erna (John) Warkentin, Adeline (Ken) Goertz and Ingrid Turner. Predeceased by his parents John & Anna Kasper, as well as his siblings Irma Dueck, Vera Faulkner and Rose Dick. Also remembered by Mary, Darryl & David Jacobi, as well as Laura (Scott) Thompson & family, and Dorothy Grodesky & family.
Growing up in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hans also worked in Niagara alongside his brother, Rudy, for many years in the land drainage business. He will be remembered for finishing off his workday with a nice glass of Chardonnay. His grandchildren, Chela & Jaden, were his pride and joy and they will fondly cherish him as their "Grampy".
In keeping with Hans' wishes, cremation will take place and the family will hold a private celebration of his life. Memorial donations made to Project Share would be appreciated by the family. Please consider sharing a story or memory of Hans below for the family.
