Helen will be missed by her siblings Betty Lou MacWhirter, Beverley Hiscock, Bonnie Seeley, and Sonny (Val) Hart; as well as many nieces and nephews. She will also be sadly missed by her canine companion Hunter. Predeceased by her parents William and Christina (nee Raeburn) Hart.
Helen was born in Niagara Falls and had an interesting, busy and exciting life. She left Niagara and moved to Las Vegas for a number of years before returning home to Niagara. She was happy to meet her Lord at the end of her life.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been entrusted to Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel. A Graveside Service will take place at Fairview Cemetery on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 2 p.m. For those wishing to attend the Graveside Service, please wait just inside the main gates at Fairview Cemetery (head of Maple Street and Stanley Avenue). A service time we will process as a collective group to the actual grave. A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Helen’s life on Friday, September 6, 2024 at Faith Fellowship Church, 4878 Jepson St. Niagara Falls at 5 p.m. If desired, memorial donations made to Faith Fellowship Church would be appreciated by the family.
