Peacefully at Oakwood Nursing Home on Friday, July 28, 2017, Jack passed away in his 93rd year. Loving husband to the late Marguerite. Dear father to Peggy Ann (Joseph) Lizotti, Jacqueline (Donald) DeForest, and Sandra Wallace. Cherished grandfather to Michelle, Daniel, Erin, and Shannon. Jack was WWII Veteran, having served with the Navy on board of HMS Calgary, a lifetime member of St. Andrews United Church, and a member of the Lions Club for 51 years.
A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11 am at St. Andrews United Church. Interment at Fairview Cemetery.
