Passed away peacefully on May 31, 2022 at the age of 90 at GNGH in Niagara Falls, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her husband James (1978) and her brother Ken.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Wendy Woodruff, Sandy Lonergan (Dick), Robin Veysey (Dan), Alex Mason (Michelle), and Jim Mason. She was the beloved grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Jeanne was a talented handweaver and an ardent weaving instructor. She gave her heart to the Baha’i Community in Niagara with a lifetime of service. She was a passionate believer in world unity and
lived every day of her life towards it. She will be missed by her family and by her many friends around the world.
There will be a graveside service held at Fairview Cemetery on Monday June 6th 2022 at 11:00am. Those wishing to attend the service honouring Jeanne are asked to meet the family at the Fairview Cemetery main gates on Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls.
