Died peacefully with his family by his side in his 73rd year on December 4th 2011 after a short battle with cancer at GNGH. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, and children Robert (Leean) Rorison, Brenda (James) Derwinsky. Beloved grandfather to Bobbi, John, Rachelle Rorison , J.J. and Jesse Derwinsky. Dear brother to Andrea Stefanich and Candice.Bob is predeceased by his parents John and Katherine and his sister Dawn Cochrane. Bob was past president to the Sunday 4000 Bowling League, Niagara Falls Slo Pitch Umpire, and worked for 45 years as an usher at the Niagara Falls Arena and retired after working for 45 years at Cytec Canada.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial Service will be held at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls on Friday December 9th at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
