Lucyna Bak

Lucyna Bak passed away peacefully on February 11th, 2026, at the age of 57 surrounded by her loving family. A devoted wife, mother, and friend, Lucyna will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

For 34 years, she shared a beautiful marriage with her husband, Zbigniew. Together, they raised two beautiful children, Tomek and Kasia, who were truly the light of her life. She is also survived by her two sisters, Ela and Dorota.

Lucyna devoted 20 years to Niagara Health as a Medical Laboratory Assistant. She was hardworking, caring, and brought a ray of light into every room she walked into. She loved walking, going to the beach, bike rides, skiing, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

Special thanks to all the workers at Niagara Health that were involved in her care.

Visitation will be held at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario on Friday February 20th from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm. Prayers will be offered between 7-7:30 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5 Oblate Street, St. Catharines, Ontario on Saturday, February 21st at 11 am. Her burial will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, 431 Queenston Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, and her celebration of life will follow afterwards back at the church.
